East doors of the Florence Baptistery by Lorenzo Ghiberti (1378-1455). After the completion of the north side door of the Baptistery Ghiberti was commissioned for the east doors in 1425. They feature ten panels depicting scenes from the Old Testament. The "Gates of Paradise" situated in the Baptistry are a copy of the originals that are kept at the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo.
